Benefits of Panchakarma Therapy In Ayurveda Panchakarma is considered the most important treatment that helps to eliminate the vitiated doshas ‘the body toxins’.The word pancha karma first appears in Charaka Samhitha Suthra Sthana’s 2nd chapter.
